Who am I?

I'm Alex, and I like to eat. I love trying new restaurants, exploring new cuisines, and reading and thinking about food. Some of my friends suggested I start a blog to share my thoughts and reflections on food in the DMV, so I decided to heed their recommendation and start writing. My plan for this blog is fairly nebulous right now since I'm just beginning, but expect a mix of restaurant reviews, food event commentary, and general musings on the culinary scene in and around DC.

As for me, I grew up in central Florida by Cape Canaveral and moved to the DC area in 2020, and I've been living and working here ever since. Besides food, I love playing board games, going to museums, trivia, and singing. You can follow me on Beli at @aadams149.
